I 100% recommend staying at this beautiful hotel! The location was on a quiet street, just a short (300m) walk to restaurants etc. The hotel felt very safe and secure. We staying in the 'Gloria' Queen room and it had a lovely view over the garden and city. The room itself was well appointed, modern, comfortable and clean. The room size was perfect for a multiple night stay. I found the breakfast excellent, with a choice of cold options available (yoghurt, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese etc) . You could also ask for scrambled eggs. The host was lovely and so helpful, even with the language barrier. She allowed us to store our bags for a few hours, and also use the pool area after check-out as we had a late flight that evening.

Staff go above and beyond to deliver the best experience, kudos especially to Pablo and Dominique at the bar. If you’re looking for calm and tranquility, this is the place for you.

Near to the bars and the whole nightscene but still in a quiet area to get a good sleep. Rooms and common area like in the pictures. It was clean and provided with what you need for a stay. Alberto was very attentive to whatever you could need. Thank you!! 😃

מלון מונטה אלגרה (Hotel Monte Alegre) מהווה אופציה משתלמת והוא ממוקם במרכז של ריו דה ז'נרו (Rio de Janeiro), בסמוך לרובע לאפה (Lapa) הפופולרי עם גישה קלה למוזיאונים, תיאטראות ואטרקציות אחרות. Perfectly located in the heart of the City! The staff was very welcoming. Everyone was busy during check in and the entire staff was cool and calm.

Cool bohemian cafes and bars for breakfast and night hang out in the area. Close to the Explorer restaurant. The restaurant of the hotel is also extremely popular. They let us check out way later than the official time. Nice gesture.

מלון אמריקנו (Hotel Americano) שוכן בשכונת לאפה (Lapa) ההיסטורית והתרבותית בריו דה ז'ניירו (Rio de Janeiro). כל החדרים מצוידים במיזוג אוויר ובטלוויזיה עם ערוצי כבלים, ותוכלו ליהנות גם מחניה חינם. My room was large and my bathroom had been newly renovated and had a large jacuzzi. I also had a small entrance room that had a fridge and computer table. I was comfortable and overall enjoyed my stay. The location is relatively central although you do have to walk a bit to the metro.

Spacious room with private bathroom and comfortable bed. Great location , hotel is at the city centre close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop.

This Hostel is the most beautiful Hostel where I’ve ever been and the people who work there are soo kind and so welcoming☺️ The whole atmosphere was very different compared to other hostels, the kitchen was super clean, well organized and you just had the feeling you live there with friends. I also really appreciated how much they care about you and that they exchange numbers to stay in contact and make sure that you arrive safely when you go out in the evening. Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely come back!!<3
