Everyone was so helpful, beautiful, and friendly. they made sure we had everything we needed as it was our first singernational trip with our babies (1 & 2.5) brought us warm milk every morning and night. this is probably the only heated pool in Brasil. we stayed at another 5 star hotel in São Paulo and so disappointed the pool wasn’t heated:( this hotel went above and beyond. they booked all of our excursions. we were nervous about a trip to Brazil with our babies but they made everything a breeze. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Brazil after this stay.

It is high quality and was definitely a big highlight of our trip. We had dinner at the main restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend

Ibis Budget RJ Copacabana is situated in Rio de Janeiro, 350 metres from Copacabana beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Location is amazing. Copacabana is the safest area for the tourists and this hotel is in the middle of an amazing streets of Copacabana area. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Price is alright. We had breakfast on our last day and it was really good for its price. We wish we had breakfast in the hotel from the beginning, rather than any of the places nearby. Reception was good. The receptionists who checked us in ( unfortunately cannot remember this beautiful lady’s name, apologises) was really amazing. She was very nice and hospitable. Room is clean. It seemed strange at first that their sink, bathroom and toilet are in different places. But we got used to it. Price and performance is always good in ibis hotels. Thank you for all.

All staff were nice. My luggage was not come with my flight. I cannot speak their local language, the reception staff help me to follow up my luggage till I got it.

Americas Copacabana Hotel ligger 500 m fra Copacabana-stranden, i Rio de Janeiro, og har tagterrasse med pool. Gæsterne kan besøge hotellets restaurant eller nyde en cocktail i baren. Lovely hotel very central and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are small but they are new and very nicely maintained and appointed. Great view from the pool abs bar upstairs. We used the parking facilites and reception was super helpful.
