The room was spacious and very comfortable. The buffet was wonderful - there was something for every taste. The hotel is located close to the centre of Velingrad and offers a top-rated experience. The kids' animation and the lady who is looking after the children in the kids' zone were lovely. We were truely impressed and had a fantastic stay. We would love to come back! Thank you!

Very nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

Velingrad Balneohotel at the edge of town has a free outdoor pool with mineral water, as well as an à la carte restaurant, a lobby bar, and rooms with cable TV. The warm Swimming pool is great and they offer sauna, massage and other similar attactions. Rooms are simple but sufficient and price is OK for the place. Outside pool is also great.

The hotel is near to town centre but you should take a taxi, not expensive. The spa center and the pool was really good, quet and clean! The rooms were clean. The staff was polite.

This is a fantastic place to stay, and the price includes use of the spa facilities (the wonderful indoor and outdoor pools, and saunas), and the use of washing machine is included in the price which is also excellent. Overall a brilliant place to stop!
