A small boutique hotel with large rooms and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Minibar and candy was complimentary. Clean and very nice staff and house keeper. Always came to help us with the parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choices from yoghurt to fruits and veggies, omelettes and English breakfast. Gym with treadmill, crosstrainer, bike and some dumbbells. Kitchen and sauna. Top location at the beach. Warmly recommend!!

Promenade Boutique Family Hotel 3* is an elegant and charming hotel located in the center of Burgas, right next to the central beach in the Sea Garden, 50 meters from the sea. Everything, the breakfast and the room were amaziiiiing!

Terletak di sebuah bangunan bergaya National Revival dari abad ke-19, Family Hotel Bulair hanya berjarak 100 meter dari pusat Burgas dan 300 meter dari pantai terdekat dan Sea Garden. It may seem a little old fashioned, but stylish at the same time. Very good location! Close to the center, close to bus stops and easy to get to and from the airport. very friendly and helpful staff.
