The host provided all the relevant information in advance, and self check in was super easy. Toiletries from Rituals and Nespresso machine are nice touches. It's clear that the host wants guests to feel comfortable and have everything they need.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated MAISON KITOKO provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. The rooms had great functionality and we liked the design. The location was quiet and had local charm. Notable was the quality of fittings and style. It’s different and we enjoyed it. The communal area was a spacious bonus for us as two couples.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Holiday Home La Petite Maison is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ghent, 5.5 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent. The place was amazing and it felt warm and cozy for the second we entered. The host was also very welcoming and we loved it.

B&B De Waterzooi offers 3 suites with free Wi-Fi in a house dating from 1713 in the centre of Ghent. This design hotel is situated at the foot of Gravensteen castle and features city views. De Waterzooi was such a lovely place to stay! We stayed in the 1st floor suite and it far exceeded our expectations. The view you won't believe it until you see it! The castle looked fake almost through the large windows. Location was perfect. The room was beyond spacious with a huge living area with very comfortable sectional couch and amazing views of the castle. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was memory foam with controls for each side to adjust height. The rain shower was great. We also had a private terrace with lounge chairs that was lovely to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine and Belgian beers! Above all the owners were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast is worth the extra charge. It was by far the best breakfast we received all trip. We even received a parting gift which was a lovely touch. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Ghent.
