Breakfast was great and very complete, the room was nice and very clean, The design of the hotel is very nice and the staff are very attentive. Location very convenient to Explore Gent. Overall a great hotel experience

The location was excellent, it’s quite a walk from the station, so worth getting a tram from in front of the station, €2.50, once you get to the hotel everything is in walking distance

Excellent experience. Staff is very professional and gentle. Position is perfect as starting point to visit the historical center of Gent. Breakfast was great, various and abundant. Easy to reach with all main train lines stops at few minutes walk.

Hotel Gravensteen is located in the heart of Ghent's old town, just a few steps from the Castle of the Counts. The location was fantastic, close to the canals, shops, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and needed toiletries provided.

Great variety of dishes for breakfast! also the bar at night time just to chill out. It’s a wonderful experience and will definitely come back one day ☺️
