L'appartamento era pulitissimo e con molti confort. Il vantaggio principale era la location, infatti l'appartamento è proprio all'uscita della linea della metropolitana 5. L'host è stata estremamente cordiale, la comunicazione efficiente e non vi è stato alcun problema nel ritirare le chiavi e nel lasciarle.
