It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of different options. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine. Parking was convenient.

I was truly impressed with the superior staff of the hotel. My front desk personal professional, Gufran, was amazing. She was extremely polite, warm and friendly. I was visiting friends and family during the stay, and she recommended great places to see and visit. It definitely impressed everyone that I was able to make such suggestions when we decided what to do on our first sunny day in the city! The room was brilliant, called Chapter 8, and located on Floor 3, the top floor of the hotel. I certainly hope to be able to stay in this room again upon my return to Hotel Story. The hotel also served a very fine breakfast with eggs served several ways, as well as famous Bosnian delicacies.
