I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and I could park my car just outside the door of the room. The grounds are attractive. The breakfast room was well supplied with a variety of choices. I was also satisfied with the exercise room, and the laundry room-- two features I value in a hotel. Very central location, with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. I will definitely plan to stay there again on my next trip to Springfield.

Springfield MO is full of homeless individuals and vagrants, there everywhere, every street corner, laying down sleeping in the various gas stations parking lots and camping out behind some of the hotels...we were also told that the mayor of Springfield has been bringing the homeless in by busses for what rhyme or reasosn I don't know.

We had a room booked in advance but was told when we got there they were overbooked but they could put us in a handicap room. It wasn’t what we excepted but accepted the room. The breakfast had good choices to choose from. The people at the front desk was very nice. The hotel was dated but was fine for an overnight stay

There are restaurants galore. This is a big, big city.
There are restaurants galore. This is a big, big city. It's no metropolis, but it's big in size. It can take a while to get from place to place. We really enjoyed the aquarium at Bass Pro Shop. They told us it was a 3 to 4 hour exhibition and we were wrong not to believe them. Downtown is adorable. Very trendy bistros and ice cream parlors. Very cool (although somewhat pretentious) coffee shops. I could go on but you just have to see it for yourself. I won't mention Branson which is just a short drive away.

My key card didn't work when we first checked in and I had to walk all the way back down with all my luggage to get one that worked. It didn't work again later that night when I returned to my room and had to go back down and have it re-programmed. I was also charged $150 deposit and I have stayed there several times and that has never been done before so was a little frustrated with that. The rooms are nice and clean I was just super frustrated with the key cards not working properly. I come to Springfield often and stay here as it is close to my grandkids.
We’ve stayed at Greenstay 3 times while visiting family in the Springfield area. The location is great- (only 15 minutes away from them) and the hotel is easy to access from the interstate. Raquel at check in was super friendly and apologized when our room keys didn’t work the first time- she fixed them right away. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices and overall very clean facility. My usual choice “chain” hotel prices itself out of our range on the weekends but Greenstay is a very nice option and a good value.
I got caught in the horrendous traffic pile-up on EB I-40 west of Joplin, MO on Sunday 1/15/2024. I was stuck there for over 11 hours and badly missed my scheduled check-in at your hotel.
The night clerk was kind enough to check me in at 0300 when I finally got to your hotel.
She assigned me to a room far away from everybody else so I could catch up on sleep.
I did not catch her name, but she went above and beyond any requirements for her job.
I'll be back one day because of her.

The Hotel was fully equipped in the kitchen for everything we needed for cooking. We were there for a full week so it was helpful to have all of those things included. It was also in a very safe spot of town and easily accessed for all the places we were going throughout Springfield. We were there for a basketball tournament for a full week, and it really accommodated us fully.
terrible after driving for 12 hours we arrived at the hotel at 6:00pm they didn’t have any rooms ready because they didn’t have staff to clean them. they couldn’t cancel my reservation because I went through booking.com and can’t get through to them had to pay another 120 dollars to get a room at a different hotel done with booking.com and BestWestern
How the Owner or Front Desk Receptionist tried to rip me off and tried getting me to pay an additional Cash Deposit upon checking in when I didn’t have any cash on me and I paid online through Priceline. It was almost amusing how this Indian guy tried selling me Snake 🐍 Oil at his hotel and taking advantage of me.
I knew I this place was probably the cheapest for a reason. It did, in fact, deliver a cheap room for 11 days. The room itself was actually pretty cute and certainly comfy enough for the stay. It eased the pain on my wallet. The water was also incredibly hot which was quite nice.
From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests and family. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with all of the amenities of a hotel.
The breakfast was clearly freshly made home style food.
Would stay here again on our next visit to Springfield.
Breakfast- Spa in the room- nice location- it's a great little hotel right in the middle of springfield- we couldn't have asked for a better time- it was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- they got us everything we needed-
Kindest owner over. They don't offer just a room, you are their guest and they want you to have the best time ever.
Room is old but that's what makes it special. Everything is really clean and taken care of
Best Western is always my hotel of choice no matter where I am. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, The staff was great. I had an early morning flight so wasn't able to try the breakfast.
This hotel should be a "MUST" for anyone traveling on Route 66. It is a nostalgic hotel that impresses with its 50s charm.
The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated.
The hotel was the best hotel on our trip. The bathroom was clean, breakfast was great with a variety and the coffee was good. They even had book lights on the head boards.
The breakfast was great. Location is right near a highway so noise can get a little loud. Security lights shined right inside the room so had to keep window blinds shut
Did not have breakfast. Free water appreciated. Handicapped room accessible for my limitations. Right off the highway so easy to find and park. Not noisy
Staff are very friendly and nice. I am a pittie. Patient and I was able to have my water ship to the hotel and they will hold onto it until I got there.
