The hotel was very nice with a motel like lower level and a hotel like upper level which was more safe feeling for me and my daughter. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the pillows. The breakfast was delicious but I wished that bacon was available. The waffle maker was very nice and the staff assisted me in using it correctly. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly.

Greensboro is a great small city with lots to do. The colleges are close to each other and the students seem to be all over. The whole city is family friendly with parks and nice activities for young kids and teenager's. The school system is excellent and they are up to date on all STEM education. Every time I visit there is a nice event going on. The weather is pleasant plus it is gorgeous in the spring and fall for flowers and tree enthusiast.

What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels.
What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels. We ate at hooters, and we did take out from the cook out. We got chicken on both occasions and it was delicious. What we didn't like was the traffic. For us it was insane. Although where we stayed it was easy getting to all the locations we wanted.

I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then.
I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then. It is a cultural center, has art and historical museums and is a higher educational center with large city advantages but small town feel.
Moving around is fairly easy and the city has variety in things to do and diversity in eating establishments.

MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE.
MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE. WHY ON EARTH DOES A MAIN HOTEL CHAIN DOESN'T HAVE BACKUP GENERATORS. I WAS IN TOWN TO BURY A LOVED ONE AND HOW TO SHOWER AND DRESS IN THE DARK. AND STAFF HAD NO IDEA WHEN POWER WOULD RETURN. WHEN I CHECKED OUT POWER WAS STILL OUT. TOTAL,LY RUINED THE TRIP UP UNTIL THAT POINT I HAD DECIDED TO STAY IN TOWN ONE MORE NIGHT AND HAD TO BOOK ELSEWHERE. TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP A COMPLEMENTARY NIGHT WOULD BE THE CORRECT THING TO DO

I experienced a great controversy upon check in concerning how I confirmed and reserved my room. After much debate and negotiating I was granted the permission or should I say my method of reservation/payment was granted.

My stay was great but need WI-FI it was clean the furniture...
My stay was great but need WI-FI it was clean the furniture needed to be updated and some other things!!! But other than that it was quiet and peaceful!!!! Enjoyed that so I slept good!!! I’ll give it a rating of 8 stars out of 10 just a few things that could change!!! If that happens it will be a 10 The staff is very pleasant!!! Sweet person !!! The room was ready at 2pm but I couldn’t get there until 630 my daughter is going to college!!! I was still welcome and greeted!!! The owner is very nice and friendly!!!!
The room looks nice and clean, however entrance door to room looks old and major gapping, light shines through the framework. The lady at check in isn't very friendly, but she knows her job and is very efficient. Although she isn't very talkative she has an accent that sounds British , it's pleasant, my opinion is she should smile more. Some would say she rude, I would say she's no nonsense. Overall fairview inn is a decent place to rest up between travels and is close to shops, fast food and restaurants.
.
The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question about local places and transportation since I didn’t have a car. Very comfortable room. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker but no microwave. That was fine with me. The hotel bar and restaurant was great and very reasonable. The location was where I needed it to be. I was there to visit a critically ill friend in Moses Cone hospital which was only a 10 minute ride away.
I enjoyed the items that Country Inn and Suites offered for breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and waffles were good items. The hot coffee and water were a plus. The location was solid enough and close to the interstate. The location is also close to a wide range of restaurants. From the hotel, you can get to many major sites of Greensboro in a matter of minutes.
Very courteous and efficient check-in. Room was clean and in good repair. Nice clean lobby. Location was good for visiting west side of Greensboro (Guilford College area) as well as the Gate City Blvd corridor. Lots of dining and shopping options close to the hotel. This is my second time in this location (1st was in 2020) Would definitely stay again.
I loved the modern feel of the property. The interior created a young, hip feel. The details in the design were amazing. As a 26 year old, I felt like this hotel was a perfect stay. Plenty of places to take pictures. There was a new art piece at every corner. I loved how the art embodied the spirit of Greensboro through Denim.
My room was huge which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks after a long day of driving and emptying the storage unit we had in Greensboro. Staff were so friendly. The warm cookies were the best!
Great location for the Greensboro Coliseum, for UNCG graduation. A shuttle to the coliseum would have been nice. Rooms great, clean and convenient. Close to Interstate 40 and restaurants. no frills , just a quality facility
Can't beat the price. This is the type facility as any hotel room. Comfortable and clean bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom with toiletries. Great and easy communication with the host, Keith. Highly recommended.
Canceled once I saw the room and smelled all the smells at the hotel. Lobby and check in lady nice. Got to hallway. No way!!! Then to room. Nah!!!! Would not stay there. I'd b afraid to put my feet on the floor
I really like the location of the property. in the centre of Greensboro. the parklot adjacent to the hotel is great. the beds were super comfy. the lobby/bar area downstairs is great and nice to hang out in
I loved the attention and care given by Timothy and Maria when checking in. The hotel was so clean and spacious. There was so much good to say about the room and the hotel.
The room were very spacious and the shower was hot. Great facilities. Nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
The gym is also convenient for a short stay.
Convenient to airport or NW Greensboro. Inexpensive. Multiple rooms. Potentially pet friendly (did not use it this time). Some breakfast. Room was in good shape.
The room was VERY clean. The floor was clean and the room smelled really good. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Nice place to stay again for sure.
The breakfast was good. The hotel was very accommodating since my flight was delayed 2am. The hotel held my room and the airport shuttle bus picked me up.
