The bed was comfortable and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Room is a good size, and location very central. It was also very quiet, which I didn't expect given the other properties around the hotel.

Nairobi, is a great place to visit. You should have a plan when you go as there is so much to do in this area of the country. Besides the safari, there are the tours to the mountain and farm region of the country and you need time to visit. We did the bus ride and came back to Nairobi each night, which is fine just make sure you give yourself some a day break once in a while.

Nairobi offers an exciting blend of adventure, culture, and...
Nairobi offers an exciting blend of adventure, culture, and urban charm. The city is a gateway to thrilling wildlife experiences, with the Nairobi National Park providing a rare opportunity to see, giraffes, and rhinos against a backdrop of skyscrapers. The Giraffe Centre allow for intimate encounters with giraffes. Nairobi's rich cultural heritage is showcased in attractions like the Karen Blixen Museum and the Nairobi National Museum. The bustling Maasai Market is perfect for shopping for local crafts and souvenirs. Culinary delights abound, from street food stalls to high-end restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. Despite its busy urban environment, Nairobi has serene spots like the Karura Forest for nature walks and picnics but was flooded during my visit. The city's vibrant nightlife, friendly locals, and mix of traditional and modern experiences make Nairobi a captivating destination for any traveler. Be extra cautious of your safety and belongings while travelling, lurking danger of thefts always.

Buzzing city with a lot of restaurants, bars and social places. Easy modes of transport. Highway has made it wonderful to go from airport to town and vice versa. Lots of greenery and access to game lodges and parks. Lots of high rise buildings too which is not so nice.

loved Nairobi elephant orphanage and giraffe Centre a must - we also saw Bomas of Kenya and some museums. Also visited a tea farm which was a great relaxing day. Restaurants we visited were very nice. People very friendly - easiest way to get around is make sure you have uber app although be careful of them trying to hike price up when they realize you are tourists. Try not to arrange visits for peak travel time as roads are extreamly busy and can be scary. Also if there it is an absolute must to book safari.

I like that there are small privately owned shops and street hawkers. I prefer shopping at individual stalls as opposed to a department store. The food at The Olive Restaurant is a good value. I'd love to look around Simlaw Seeds; I used to have a farm and will return to farming.
This is the best place I’ve stayed at in Nairobi (and I have stayed at A LOT of places). Everything was great!! The place was stylish, huge, and tastefully decorated. Location was great because of the vicinity to convenience stores and groceries and not in the heart of Westlands (which is too busy and bustling). Love the additional touches, like a hair dryer and detergent, and some adapters. WiFi was also super fast and the building had good amenities. Really great value for money and more generally, an amazing place to stay!
Beware!!! This is a scam. There is no Nairobi Tembo Airport Apartment. There was nothing at the address (except ironically a sign where the pin was dropped that had a shack that said beware of conmen). They didn’t respond to our messages, and when a Kenyan friend called the phone number, the scammers kept pretending the connection was bad. We were forced to find another hotel in the dark. Booking.com needs to do better checks on places with only outside reviews.
Terry - recepcionist - very helpful, focused on client's support
breakfast/restaurant - typical for this region of Africa with added option
flexibility of check-in and check-out
the hotel is secured and has own electricity generator
Kilimani is relatively safe part of Nairobi; the neighborhood is OK (many safe shops/restaurants)
in category budget/middle - the one of the best option in Nairobi
wifi - works fine!
room and hotel cleanliness - OK!
-One of the few well built hotels in Nairobi. Once You see how low the building standards are in Kenya You will really appreciate the build quality of the Radisson.
- spacious, comfortable rooms.
- wide breakfast selection.
- close to the only park in the city center. The arboretum is a great place for a walk, filled with intersting trees and really funny monkeys.
- staff is dedicated and very engaged, even if sometimes a bit forgetfull.
The location of the hotel is very central on the Moi Avenue. 5 minutes walk to the city market hall, some 15 minutes walk to the Parliament and Jomo Kenyatta tower. The restaurant by the hotel is very good, there is also a bar as a separate section. The security is presented, body temperature is being constantly measured. The rooms are basic, quite clean. Generally hotel is very much ok for a 3-star hotel in Africa.
First off, the positives. The majority of the staff at this hotel are extremely nice. I enjoyed chatting with the security guards, the chefs and the receptionists. They were all very friendly, polite and accommodating. The property is very clean throughout and there are amazing views from the balconies.
The location of the hotel is also quite good. It's close to CBD and Karura Forest.
This is a wonderful hotel. Our family of four stayed for one night in transit and found the rooms to be extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and very clean.
We were picked up from the airport by the shuttle service quickly and the driver was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again when in Nairobi. No complaints, it was great!
This hotel is famous to welcome many celebrities. The service is top-rated. The breakfast is the best that I have had in Kenya till now. The room is large and spacious. The location is right in downtown Nairobi and close to many attractions. It is a hotel that you must stay at least once to experience the history and story of Kenya from its Colonial Era.
The Best Western was way above our expectations. It is a very modern fabulous hotel within the city. The 180 view of the skyline from our room was exceptional. The restaurant Craft at the hotel and the breakfast were superb. My place to go to next time I visit Nairobi. Book it. You will not repent.
Relatively close to the airport (20 minutes by taxi), so no need to travel to or through central Nairobi.
The room and the hotel in general were clean enough.
As is often the case in Kenya, the staff were generally friendly and helpful and were open to negotiation.
The receptionist helped me arrange a transfer from the airport late in the evening when the taxi I had booked let me down.
It was easy to walk into the CBD and to the National Museum from the hotel.
Strong WiFi.
Dinners in the restaurant were delicious.
The receptionists, chefs and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also quite good - CBD and Westlands are both very close. The hotel is also very clean and there are great views of the city from the balconies.
The location is great during the day as you can simply walk to Westlands, but at night you’ll need cab, which is cheap due to short distance to town and Westlands.
It’s marvelously spacious.
The host was so caring and prompt.
The property is situated near all the amenities needed, that is; near stores (Naivas & Quick mart), near bus stops (matatu terminus) and a short distance to Nairobi CBD.
Really spacious apartment, good location that was very quiet at night, easy walking distance to lots of great food options in Westlands and also the CBD
