One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. All of the staff from the room attendants to those working in the casino were all wonderful. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room.Ergonomically designed to maximize space, nice amenities, laundry on site, pet friendly, quiet. My only complaint is that the floor was dirty.

Very cheap stay for the night in a 5 star hotel room. Probably it’s so cheap because they expect you to spend a lot of money at the casino. But as long as you don’t, you can just enjoy a very comfortable night at a very low price.

The entrance of the casino was very nicely designed. They also had 2 escalators with th option of stairs in between. I think this is genius because I am not a fan at all of escalators so to have a choice was perfect. Also, the construction of the stairs was nicely built. Once at the top, it seems as if it was a huge shopping center. There was the casino, the check in desk, bathrooms, gift shop, boutique etc. It was very nicely constructed. Very friendly staff.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Open design of bathroom was odd. Room amenities were as expected. View wasn't good but also wasn't important.

The view and location are fantastic. Right across the street from the gorgeous long beach and with a beautiful swimming pool onsite. There is a lovely deck with view of the sunset when available.

Beautiful hotel, great room and very friendly staff. Staying in this hotel is an experience on itself. The place to stay in Biloxi when you don't want to spend the night in a casino. The location (and view) of the hotel is excellent, the whole hotel is very stylish. It looks more like a mansion than a hotel. They have an excellent pool. And by this all you would expect it to be very expensive. On the contrary, it is very affordable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.
