The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced, fantastic shower, wonderful breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff who even brought our the bags we’d left for 4 days into our new room so they were waiting for us. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet and there is a peaceful garden. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering and a reasonable self-service breakfast was available from 5 am. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Buses to the Torres del Paine NP will collect from the hostel door.
