The house is spacious, clean, well equipped, situated right on the Kerlan beach, the owner is super attentive and caring. He provided me with drinking water, sweet papayas, offered bus card, arranged a taxi and was ready to assist with any question that I had.

The size of the accommodation is most optimal for 2 people. 3 equally large villas, which are separated by greenery to provide guests with privacy, are located right by the sea and offer a private beach with sun loungers. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course of the Constance Lemuria hotel and a road along which you can walk to a few smaller supermarkets, souvenir and clothing shops, restaurants and take-aways. In front of the villas there is also a small private parking lot where you can leave your rented vehicle. The surroundings of the villas are very quiet. The buildings are designed with a touch of local architecture, as well as the interior. The equipment of the villas is new, very aesthetic and of high quality. On the terrace of each villa, which faces the sea, there is a table with chairs and two loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Sugar, salt and oil are also available, so you don’t need to buy them. The coffee machine works on ground coffee, not capsules. The accommodation also includes umbrellas and a flashlight for possible walking and strolling when it gets dark (around 6:30 PM). We had no problems with mosquitoes, but the accommodation also offers a spiral that lights up and whose smoke repels insects. Cleaning is daily, the result is that cleanliness is top-notch, in the bathroom you have shower gel and shampoo available and really a lot (almost too much) of soft white towels of various sizes. Each guest also gets a large, beautiful beach towel. Wi-Fi works great. All published photos show the actual state. We could even say that reality is even more beautiful than in the photos. I recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And I have never met such a caring and friendly host. Mr. Bert is really a special, wonderful person.

We had a friendly welcome and the Chalet was perfectly clean. Our Host was very helpful and supported us in organizing activities. Perfect final was, we were able to shower in the afternoon after a long day on the beach before taking the ferry back to Mahe. The location with the private beach is unbeatable.

Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea. We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for booking for us a beautiful boat tour, the car rental and giving us tips of must see on Praslin. We will definitely happily return !!!

Located on Praslin Island, Heliconia Grove has direct access to the Cote D'or beach and offers private villas with outdoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features WiFi. Hazel is a wonderful, positive, attentive and friendly hostess at this hotel. The same applies to the hotel staff. The hotel is located on the first line of the beach and has a private territory that is completely surrounded by tropical greenery. The hotel grounds and plantings are very well maintained. All villas have their own mini pool with Jacuzzi. It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea from each villa, so there is no need to be on the beach in the open sun. In addition, each villa has its own sun loungers. You can swim on the beach at high tide and low tide. At low tide, it is only necessary to go a little further. The water is clear turquoise in color, sometimes algae are found, but not critically, which are found on many beaches of the Seychelles. There are no big waves here, because the beach is located in a picturesque bay, and there are several green and rocky small islands around. You can take a kayak at the hotel for free and swim to them. The villa is very comfortable. All necessary utensils and equipment are available. And the huge bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan and a super quiet powerful air conditioner is simply amazing! The villa is made in the local style of wood and with a stylish roof, but everything is maintained in excellent condition. In addition, there is a communal gas barbecue where you can roast fish bought at a nearby market or caught. Supermarkets (3 nearby) and cafes with good quality street food (3-4 nearby) need to be reached on foot to the village center in about 10 minutes. At low tide, you can safely walk there along the beach (the sand is dense and legs don't fall throug), at high tide - on the road, but be careful, sidewalks are not everywhere. At the same time, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, so it is quiet at night, the noisy street life of the village is quite far away. Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we did not want to leave.

Chalets Anse Possession offers beachfront accommodation in Baie Sainte Anne. Free WiFi access is available in each chalet. There are BBQ facilities offered and the property offers free parking. Very nice place with a great host. Extremely helpful, arranged transfer, car rental and boat trip to Curieuse Island for reasonable price. We slept in the big house, surrounded by turtles. It was so much fun for our kids! House has everything you need. We felt very good there, and can only recommend to visit and enjoy!

Nestled in a quiet garden, Villa Aya offers self-catering accommodation just 1 km from Praslin Airport. Amitie Beach is a few minutes walk away. - Clean - nice staff, helpful for everything(car lease etc) - spacious - everything new, all the appliances work smoothly

Located 5 km from the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ocean Villa comprises of a variety of self-catering units, each with a tropical garden. Free WiFi is available. We felt very welcomed at Ocean Villa. The studio has everything needed. Location is really great - beachfront on Grand Anse and several minutes walking on the beach to the nearby shop.

Located along the white sand Cote D'Or Beach, Cote d'Or Footprints is nestled on the north east coast of Praslin Island. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, lush garden which leads onto the beach. We are very pleased with our stay. Localization is absolutely perfect, just in front of beautiful, long beach. You can swim in the ocean any time you fancy, and there is also small pool. Cottages are in good condition and equipped with anything you might need. Spacious and private terrace give you perfect opportunity to spend lovely evenings outside. All staff are very polite and helpful, especially the manager Annia. You can use kayaks available at the property, which is a nice plus.
