You will find a shared kitchen at the property. It would take me a whole day to list everything I liked about my stay but I’ll name the key players. Firstly, the hosts Peter and Sara were such welcoming and friendly people. As soon as I arrived they invited me to have dinner with them, and we finished off a lovely night in with a game of Rummikub. Secondly, the location is just stunning. Peter took me to see the dairy farm next door and even let me have a go milking the cows (not by hand haha), and after he took me on a hike up the local mountain which had a 360 degree view of the landscapes. Also an honourable mention goes to the tens of animals I met while staying there - my fave were Sara’s horses. It was the best way I could’ve kicked off my NZ trip. Thanks so much Peter and Sara for having me! I would recommend this place 100 times over.
