Dasun, the owner, was super nice and organized a safari for us, brought us to the elephant orphanage, and as well to a river, so that we could refresh ourselves on those super hot days. The place is pretty, the room comfortable and the food was really good.

A scenic river in front of my room. The safari trip organized by the hotel was excellent. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Breakfast was arranged to be taken at the safari park and it was a new experience. The owner of the hotel, Asanka, was very kind and gave his car for a very reasonable price to go to Mirissa city. I strongly recommend for safari. There are no drawbacks.

A great area in front of the beautiful river. Good value for money, dinner was very good!! And the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean! We took a safari with them and it was great. Totally recommend it

Tsuru Villa státar af garðútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, í um 37 km fjarlægð frá Udawalawe-þjóðgarðinum. Villan er með einkasundlaug, garð og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Stunning location! Properly isolated and very peaceful. The room is big and spacious with a superb view of the lake and mountains. We had an amazing time here and got to relax and unwind with the family. The caretaker also really went out of his way to look after us. We also got the chance to go to Udawalawe national park and see elephants. Overall the trip was perfect especially at that price! I wish we could have stayed for more days but we have made plans to come again for a longer stay. A hidden Jewel!

Trust the pictures, it is everything that is shown and more. The green view from the coziest terrace is so vivid, it was eye popping. Great breakfasts and hospitality. The owner is a man of many talents.

The room is much larger than expected, and the facilities and amenities were well-equipped. It seems like it would be suitable for a long-term stay with the family. The inn is within walking distance of the bus terminal, making it convenient for travelers. The host is kind.

Kurunduketiya Private Rainforest Resort er staðsett í Kalawana og býður upp á gistirými með einkasundlaug, sundlaugarútsýni og svölum. Gististaðurinn státar af sólarhringsmóttöku og arni utandyra. This was one of the best nature accommodation experiences that I've ever had. We were able to completely disconnect and bathe in nature for two days. I never write reviews but honestly felt compelled to do so for this property. I kind of am scared that somehow many people will find out about it and it will lose it's beautiful appeal by becoming overcrowded! But for anyone thinking about having an adventure and venturing deep into the jungle in Sri Lanka spending a night surrounded by the elements in an amazing luxury setup with absolutely wonderful staff and an exceptional cook then look no other way. Thank you for allowing us to have such an amazing experience. It had been years since we were able to slow down and do just nothing. And us spending our day idly was the best part of this stay. Reading, writing, hiking, trekking, swimming in a natural pool, listening to the rain and the river water flowing, watching fireflies, staring at the shadows of trees on the ceiling, we felt that we were children again! We'll definitely be coming back. A big thank you to Chandana and Dissanayake for their great hospitality and absolutely AMAZING food. And of course a big thank you to the owner of the property that was extremely helpful making sure we are comfortable and very well taken care of during our stay. Please keep the property the gem that it is, sustainably nestled inside the jungle co-existing with Sinharaja in such a beautiful way! Thanks for providing us with such a great opportunity to reconnect with nature.

Aji ávaxtabýlið er staðsett í Embilipitiya, 37 km frá Udawalawe-þjóðgarðinum og 47 km frá Tangalle-lóninu og býður upp á vatnaíþróttaaðstöðu og loftkælingu. Aji's Fruit Farm is a unique place to stay. The cottage/bungalow has two bedrooms, complete kitchen facilities, air-conditioning and a washing machine!!! The wide verandah has comfortable table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the breeze. The cottage is situated amid grassy coconut groves on an award-winning fruit farm. Just meters away is the property lake front where you can swim. At the you have a lovely cabana, hammocks and swing (with outdoor restaurant under construction). Sunrise view from the cabana should not be missed followed by a delicious breakfast. Aji is a wonderful, thoughtful host. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Uda Walawe NP, so within easy access, and a lovely peaceful alternative. We were sorry we could only stay one night.
