Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rainbow Sky Cottage is a recently renovated homestay located in Ella, 6.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. This is an excellent, small, family-run hotel. Excellent view of the looping railroad through the woods, beautiful mountains, and small farms. Unique construction using local timber. Amazing food on request. We had pleasant conversations with all family members who have local ancestry.

Situated in Ella, 7.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, Cozy Cottage Ella features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay at Cozy Cottage. The room was huge with a big balcony facing the beautiful mountains of Ella. There are nice chairs in the room that you can move to the balcony and have a cup of tea while enjoying the serene and beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally great and very helpful. A special mention to Viraj, Buddika and Maduranga for being such awesome hosts and for fulfilling all our requests. The food at the hotel was delicious especially the local Sri Lankan delicacies. The hotel has a deck on top which is a great spot to get a 360 degree view of Ella (you can also see Ella rock from there, which is btw a short trek from the hotel) We would definitely stat at Cozy Cottage again when we visit Ella next time.

Also, very clean, the cleanest we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. The view is very beautiful. The breakfast very tasty. Also, the owners are extremely nice, they helped us with a lot of advices.

The french windows of our room open up to the terrace overlooking the valley with a view of a huge waterfall on the other side of the valley. You're a 20min walk from the center through a shortcut along the train rails (Google Maps doesn't show the way but the host/locals would gladly point it out for you). Anyway, you don't need to go much to the center since there's not much interesting there. Ella is visited for its wonderful nature and hikes. The staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Our stay at 100 View Ella Cottage was just perfect!

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Tea Cabins is located in Ella, a 18-minute walk from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. we stayed only one night but we enjoyed the view and the atmosphere. the cabin is surrounded by tea plantation.

Superb breakfast and friendly host. Lots of steps but they are lit and they helped us with our bags when we left.
