Star Canal Cottage, a property with a terrace, is situated in Negombo, 2.8 km from Negombo Beach, 2.3 km from St Anthony's Church, as well as 36 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Room was basic, but it had everything we need. It was nice and clean. Shower is nice. Breakfast was great and owner was very helpful. He eaven gave as ride to train station.

It was a lovely property nestled in its own land with a lovely garden. The property itself had easy check and Morgan, our caretaker, was very kind and attentive to our needs and privacy. It overlooks the beachfront and has a lovely view from the 2nd floor. They had arranged us a nice bench with a table for us to sit on and enjoy our meals with. Hot water was great too. You cannot swim on the beach although a short walk away, you are greeted with lovely views. The staircase and roof area needs a little work which they had promised to finish.
