The house is absolutely beautiful! We arrived in the evening and had a beautiful view over the nearby lake and the "sundown" (which takes hours in the summertime of Iceland). Located just 4.5 km from Pollurinn, Kirkjubraut - Church street features accommodation in Talknafjordur with access to an open-air bath, a garden, as well as a tour desk. We loved the property! This was our favorite stay during our trip. The cabin had a lovely design and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking in. Everything we needed was in waking distance and a local hot spring was a very short drive, we went twice!

Breathtaking location. Every window offers you a sight that seems like an artwork. Me and my friends ended up sitting in the dark, listening to a piano music and simply looking outside in the silence. Probably for hours. One of the best stays in my life.
