The rooms, the toilets, the pool, the kitchen, the living room, the garden are very clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the service given especially from the owner of the villa. If we have any question about the villa, the owner is very responsive and answer the question very well.

The villa is located directly on the beachfront. Two of the bedrooms and the living room overlook the beach with magnificent sea views. All essential cooking utensils are available, and appliances are in very good condition. A swimming pool is available very near to the villa. The compound has the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery,...).The host was keen to get feedback and recommendations. Very smooth check-in and check-out procedures

Al Fardous Luxury Vacation Home offers pet-friendly accommodation in King Mariout. This 700 square meter build villa of total land of 1350 square meter has air conditioning and free WiFi. Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and decent, he made sure every little detail is taken care of. He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!
