The owner Dominique is a great host who takes time to talk to each guest and make them feel like at home. We really valued his tips as well as insights about Belize. The ranch where the hotel is located is absolutely beautiful, full of lush trees and vegetation. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Of course you have to remember that you are in the middle of the jungle and at times it may get a bit humid but overall our stay was comfortable.

You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!

Hummingbird Rest a fully equipped cabana in subtropic garden, a property with a garden, is set in San Ignacio, 15 km from El Pilar, 26 km from Barton Creek Cave, as well as 28 km from Actun Tunichil... We had a wonderful time at Hummingbird Rest. The cabana is spacious and so well equipped. The shower was super hot, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, the outdoor area was so lush and gorgeous. We loved laying out in the hammock and watching the hummingbirds fly past.

Located in Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve near the Blancaneaux Line, Kāne Villas offers 3 separate vacation rentals on a 5 acre property. The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The villa was wonderfully appointed. I wish we would have had an entire day to spend there.

Stayed for few days. Close to the home builders (Pletts, Premier and Linda Vista), Mayan ruins and San Ignacio. Very secure, beautiful grounds, and very gracious hosts. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Forgot my charger plug and they were able to provide one. Excellent coffee with a French press each morning. Great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Villa Cayo in San Ignacio provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance at the country house for the convenience of those who stay. The view from both the villas and the roof top villa is exceptional. We stayed four nights in the roof top suite. When we decided to book our flight two days later than planned, Virginia was able to get us into one of her four villas detached from the main house. Both are excellent accommodations. The owner is very accommodating at booking tours, arranging transportation to and from town, and providing a breakfast service. You will be glad you made this choice.
