The location was perfect. Really close to the old town, but across the bridge. Bars and restaurants within easy reach but quieter and not so busy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Made us feel at home. We had a balcony with a view of the river. Rooms cleaned every day. Fantastic breakfast . So relaxing.

The decor and pool were so pretty. everything was spotlessly clean. We ordered our breakfast the day before and the chef comes to the villa and makes it fresh for you when you wake up. Beautiful food by the pool. It is easy to see the owners take great pride in their villa.

The hotel is located in a quiet location and my room was spacious and clean. The owner makes a fabulous breakfast, including local noodle dishes. I stayed three days and used the free bikes to cycle to the Old Town, about 15 minutes. I used the pool on my last day. The pool was refreshing on a humid day. The owner also let me check out of my room at 4 pm without charging me. I asked about a massage and a local woman came to my room and gave me a lovely massage. Highly recommended!

The location is great because you really don't want to be in the Ancient Town where it's overcrowded. This area is more local and you can walk to the old town in 15 minutes, but also to the rice fields in the opposite direction.
