Very quiet, even though just 1 block off Hwy55. Older, but we'll laid out and everything worked. No A/C but Cool on a 90 degree day thanks to the shade of trees and the well ventalated A frame design. Easy parking for a 23' trailer, easy access from and back to Hwy55.

Ok so I was a bit worried because this place had some bad reviews from the past. The bad ones were concerning cleanliness of the house and availability of the host to respond to concerns. It looks like they listened to the reviews because we had a great stay. The place was clean, and not only that, they sent a text right after we checked in to see if the cleanliness met our expectations. It did. It was very clean. Once time I contacted the host to ask a question and they got right back to me. The place was large as there were only two of us. It was very comfortable. The tub was nice, the kitchen was nice and fully stocked. It had everything we needed. It had a washer and dryer. It had a garage. It was great. It was nice to see that they listened to the bad reviews because you can tell they have changed the way they run things.

    Lots of wild life, beautiful view and very close to the docks used. The Kitchen had lots of things needed for cooking.

    The cabin is in a very convenient location but yet felt so secluded surrounded by trees and being at the end of the lane. It was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our time so much we hope to make it an annual trip and hopefully can stay here every time!

    Strawberry cabin is close to Ponderosa State Park and the golf course and just a short drive to town. We loved the gas fireplace that added warmth in freezing weather. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to park in the garage during snow storms was a plus. Our 2 dogs loved being there with us, we truly appreciate how dog friendly Strawberry cabin is.
