Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini.

We liked the villa and all the amenities that it has to offer. Also the manager was really nice and attentive. Also the food was delicious.

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach.

Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

The property was exceptional and Calister the villa manager was really amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. My whole family was pleased with the experience and the service we received and we will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Located in Jambiani, Jambo Jambiani Beach Villa, Beautiful private villa at 2 minutes from the Beach provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive.

It was beautiful. We had everything we needed there and we were very comfortable. There are nice showers, mosquito nets, comfortable couches, wonderful pool and enough equipment in kitchen to make food. We were close to the beach, 2 min. It was lovely and the water was warm. When we arrived we we driven to the villa and offered fruits, water, coffee, eggs, avocado, bread etc. The staff was also kind and professional.

Villa Sunshine House ZANZIBAR, cabana o cottage a Jambiani

Set in Jambiani, near Jambiani Beach and Paje Beach, Villa Sunshine House ZANZIBAR is a recently renovated property, featuring, a private beach area and free bikes.

I absolutely love this location, it is perfect, at high tide the stairs, leading to the beach from the property are covered in water, at low tide, you have super soft sand to walk to the sea which is just a few metres away. Great swimming location. And everything that you need is in the apartment including an ice cold fridge. If you don’t feel like cooking , there is a restaurant next door with good value food and drinks. There are many other restaurants further on the beach if you feel like walking 15 minutes on the beach, including a very nice pizza place. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here for the whole Zanzibar time and make this my base in the future. If it’s still available, just book it

Situated in Jambiani, just a few steps from Paje Beach, Villa Hibiscus Zanzibar features beachfront accommodation with pool with a view, a terrace and free WiFi.

This villa exceeded our expectations by miles! When we arrived, there were many people to help us with our luggages and they were so kind and welcoming to us. There was even a massive bowl with big variety of fruit waiting for us. We stayed in 3 different villas with our family on our holiday in Zanzibar and Villa Hibiscus was by far the best villa we stayed at. What you get for the price is outstanding. We really enjoyed the style the house is built, wifi is very good and fast, the villa and all the bedrooms are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The owner is very attentive and helpful through WhatsApp and even the cleaner was very thorough and does a great work! Any question or problem you have, they will help immediately. The security was also very attentive and helpful. There are also some really good restaurants within 2-10 minute walk. Would recommend Villa Hibiscus to everyone! 10 points out of 10 for sure
