Absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable and the location is superb. Morning coffee in the Plaza de Armas, supermarket 1/2 block away with anything and everything. As others have stated there's no elevator but, hey that would take away some of the charm of Old San Juan. We, ages 74 and 67, always pack light, "as if there's no elevator". Here we went out early for coffee, strolling and lunch. By 3:00 we were back enjoying the AC, our wine and this cozy little place.

The view from the terrace is of palm trees and the ocean: absolutely breathtaking as described in the property's name. A wood round high top table and two chairs on the terrace are great for eating and relaxing while enjoying the view and sounds of the wind and ocean.
