We loved our stay. The home is beautiful and the area is great. We walked to the forest and loved the farm next door. On Saturday we went to the farm next door and loved the atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond to make our experience great. We would love to stay here again.

The accomodation itself was great clean comfortable and modern. the reception staff were really knowledgable on the area and history even showing us defence structures not listed on things to do in websites. they went above and beyond for us and really cant fault our stay. the site is surrounded by a quite canels and lake which act like a mote there are walking trails and alot of greenery which make a nice walk in the evenings. the site is approximatly 30 minutes walk to the town center through some quite back streets a nice walk again of an evening and not to far for children

We enjoyed our stay very much at Cozy Cottage. Our host gave us excellent tips. We were well informed by our host as to where best to go and how to get to places. We loved that we could use bikes to get around.

Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful but easy to get to the center of Utrecht. The house has spacious bedrooms and very nice surroundings. The house looks out onto a canal. Also liked having a washer and parking. My daughter loved the geese and the goats nearby.

We enjoyed 4 nights at Ons Hoekje with our two children. We very much enjoyed the area, calm and peaceful. Our hosts were very friendly and ready to help with anything really. Close to Utrecht center, all the needful in close vicinity. Room was a bit small for the four of us but served our purposes perfectly. All very clean and anything at the ready. Will definitely come back again

We enjoyed the space, the nature is lovely around the house. The host were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed - may that be an extra kitchen appliance or a couple of bicycles to ride around.

Large living room, large garden, big in L-form kitchen, there's an oven, microwave, big fridge, big freezer, dishwasher, nespresso machine, water cooker, free wifi & a very mannered, friendly, polite, willing to help, prompt replies. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of other houses, it has its own carport, and it's probably only a couple of minutes to get to the shopping center. The check-in & -out process is very easy.

Have you ever stayed in a place that was so great, it completely changed your vacation? This place did that for us. We came with two families and chose this house originally as a somewhat central location between a few places we planned to visit. However, we fell in love with both the property and the town of Breukelveen so much that we ended up just staying at the house and going out to the nearby town. The facilities are that perfect mix of modern convenience while loaded with old charm. William (the owner) was absolutely great with us and very accommodating with all our requests. And even though the pictures look incredible, the actual house is even better. I can’t imagine anyone regretting their decision to stay here. The memories made at this house are some that we will not soon forget!
