Carmello was extremely responsive and helpful. He brought us a pan that the apartment was lacking within 30 minutes of the time I messaged him about it. The apartment was clean and had all the other necessities in the kitchen. Great location nearby to many restaurants and a supermarket. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The location could not be better, there's a small cafe just under with a great owner to pop into for breakfast, the two-bed apartment was cosy and well-equipped. Emy, the apartment owner, could not have been more attentive and communicative. She supplied tea, coffee and other thoughtful items. Nothing not to like.

We were welcomed by Annalisa who is a wonderful host. We met at the garage which provides secure parking and which is a 2 minute walk to the apartment. The location in the „new“ part of Bergamo (Cita Bassa) is fantastic. Bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops are all very close. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and the welcome package was a very nice gesture. The big terrace is very well furnished and perfect to enjoy your breakfast, dinner, drinks. We can highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Fabrizio and Annalisa for a very, very pleasant stay!

The apartment is lovely and cosy, with really quirky lighting. It is in a stunning location, and has a lovely balcony overlooking the whole city and valley. It is less than 5 mins walk to the Funicular that takes you down into the main town area for shops/bars etc. We ate in a beautiful restaurant at the end of the street. Really well equipped apartment with lovely toiletries, a Nespresso machine with lots of coffee, milk, butter and all the essentials in the fridge, and a well stocked mini-bar. Communications with the Owner were very prompt, easy and helpful.
