Everything was as it’s pictured. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean, and everything was set. We arrived late, and they were very understanding. Also, we had a late check out, again they were very understanding. A lot of space to use.

The property was really quirky very clean and very comfortable. We were made feel very much at home there and needed for nothing. Katerina & Giannini were fabulous hosts. It is a great place to stay and is well situated close to all amenities and the beach. The house is very comfortable with lots of little areas in which to relax and a lovely little pool set in a mature garden in which to cool down in. We definitely recommend this property as a perfect base for tourists/families wanting to experience Greek hospitality at it's best.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Villa Elena … and special thanks to Konstantinos, who managed everything for us, even the necessary Covid-Test for our return flight. The house offers everything we need and the garden with the pool looks like a small Paradise. It took 25 Min. to the (small) Beach in Peraia by foot and it took 5 Minutes back by taxi (5 EUR or less) - that’s what we preferred, because the streets go up to villa Elena. The location is superb, because it is so calm and you have a fantastic few to Thessaloniki from the upper balcony. To visit the City we took the ferry from the jetty in Peraia to the White Tower in the Center of Thessaloniki (it takes 50 Min. and it costs 5 EUR each way). We will come back! The apartment was ready before 2pm which was excellent as our flight arrived earlier so we could move into the apartment earlier.

Position of the apartment at the and of street (dead end), a second line of the house from the beach, very quiet. Free parking is available. Size of apartment for min 4 adults. Kitchen full equipped, cooker/stove, kettle, fridge. Possible use of washing machine and vacuum cleaner. In front of the apartment is a terrace with furniture. Safety door in the entrance, bars on the terrace. The barbeque in the yard. Friendly hosts.
