It was clean and looks new . The lady up front she was very nice and even wrote my baby name on the board because it was his 5th birthday so when he walked in he would see it and I thought that was so nice . And the next day she even asked my son did you enjoy your day which was also very sweet. This lady went above and beyond I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a sweetheart.

They did not show specific pictures of the suit we were looking at so the room was a disappointment. We thought it had more room to move around and a dining table. The carpet is very worn. The room was clean and acceptable. We only had two regular towels but they were very nice about giving more. The desk clerk was very nice.

I did a very recent overnight stay 7/28 during the week. Based on the most recent reviews from others about the scent of "pot" I did not experience any of this issue during my brief stay. I could find hardly anything wrong in my room (second floor) or the property. Please do not let those reviews lead you away from this location.

Mason is an up and coming area!
Mason is an up and coming area! There are plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. Cartridge Brewing is a really cool brewery if you like beer! There are other breweries and at least one winery in the area too. Kings Island amusement park and water park are right there in Mason and looks to be a fun place!

Big language barrier between workers and customers, they do...
Big language barrier between workers and customers, they do NOT clean those rooms. Have videos on our cell phone of the windows being infested by little bugs, and the room had a disgusting smell to it. Half a roll of toilet paper, 1 towel and 1 rag, shower was filthy, not to mention the dirty floors in the bathroom and main room. Was never told anything about the pool. I do not recommend staying here for more than maybe a night, it’s poorly ran and all they care about is a check in their pocket. We mentioned our dirty room and they said there was nothing they could do, and that we could clean it. Unless emergency, DO NOT stay here!
The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. The building was older and the renovations/updates are as well as can be expected for the cost of the stay. The breakfast area was incredibly clean and a fair selection of foods, you could say safe foods for all different diets. Overall it was not a bad stay, but you can not expect The Ritz accommodations for the low cost of a stay there - you get what you pay for. It was a decent hotel and I would return if I needed to be in that area again.
I’m very impressed the cleanness of the room . they provide all the necessary amenities. Staff are super friendly.
I picked this hotel due to its location, which is only 9mons drive to kings island. 4mins away from Kroger , Walmart. many restaurants around the areas too
hints: it’s 50’s anniversary at kings island with fireworks at 10pm. our room was on 4th floor and facing the main road which allows us to see the fireworks from the room. definitely extra bonus of staying here.
Amazing staff who go above and beyond, they let us check in early which was amazing as we had just had a long over night flight and multiple connections to get to Mason. Room was new, specialised, clean - everything you would hope for. They did extra cleaning due to COVID which was good for peace of mind. Location is great - a 2 min drive from the Tennis Centre and an amazing, cheap sushi place across the road for dinner.
This hotel was located in a nice area not too far from King's Island, which was my destination. My room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen with a fridge/stove/oven. For all of that the price was great, and the free breakfast was very good. They had fresh hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, OJ, milk, and my favorite: the belgian waffle maker.
It was awful it was no hot breakfast like they advertised it was a spoiled cup of yogurt a stale muffin coffee was cold eggs were cold there was nothing at all good about that breakfast I was very very disappointed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone they would be better off if they spent more money and went to a better hotel.
We arrived so late in the morning we didn't get to partake of the continental breakfast, but coffee was available 24/7. Traveling for a business seminar, so really didn't spend much time at the hotel or have time to enjoy the amenities such as the pool, but it looked very well kept. Staff was excellent, super friendly
staff was nice. my room was clean .it was quiet and it was fine . If you’re looking for somewhere to just crash for a night and need to rest and don’t want to pay double for the hotels around, the price was fine for it. I actually slept really well. There’s free breakfast too.
I liked that it was right off of the interstate, that it was in what seemed like a “safe” area and that it was close to a lot of restaurants/stores. I also loved the fact that there was hard wood in the rooms instead of carpet! Carpets get so nasty in hotels!
The hotel was very clean and the staff is very accommodating! Ben is super friendly and we enjoyed his service and knowledge at the bar. Also the front desk was on point when we needed a tooth brush in the morning that someone had forgotten.
Very quirky but comfortable, welcoming and nicely situated in a wooded area but close to the centre of Mason. Breakfast was very good and all staff very helpful. Better than the big chains charging the same or higher price.
Check-in was very smooth, there were a large number of small children in the hotel and they were very loud,we could hear them from our room on the 2nd floor.
Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.
I loved the area the hotels in, the hotel is.si nice and clean. The room i really liked, the king bed was just the right size. The room itself very very nice. I will be back to stay again.
Micro-Tel is my go-to place in Mason. You can't beat the price and though the property could use some TLC, it's always clean and comfy and the staff are kind and helpful.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet air conditioning. Nice option to have meals and beverages included. Especially travelling with a dog.
We liked the location and the room was very nice. The hotel was clean and close to a good breakfast. We were also close to our family living in Lebanon.
