Hotel worked perfectly fine for the one night we stayed. Parking was free and easy to find, close to the rooms. The rooms are huge - very spacious. Decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the fruit trees and garden. Wish we had more time to check out the pool. Breakfast had great variety and was quite plentiful - great value. Met many nice travelers in the lobby / dining area. We traveled with family who had their own room and they were satisfied with the hotel. The older man who checked us in in the evening and who was there the following morning for breakfast was very kind and friendly. We would definitely return.

Lo grande que es, la localización y el aparcamiento
I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time. When I was going to arrive early I called the property and they said my room was all ready and I could come in anytime. That was great because I was going to have surgery and I had no idea when I be able to arrive. This hotel very close to where I was having surgery. There’s restaurants very close. The hotel lobby was clean. They had breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I’m never going back to Fresno!
I’m never going back to Fresno! They should level the whole place and start fresh. Especially the tower district. Actually since I’m never going back, let’s move all the homeless people there. The crappy roads won’t be a problem, for people pushing a grocery cart or riding a bike.

Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area...
Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area realize. From this location you can access the mountains and Yosemite, get a sense of California’s breadbasket, go shopping and experience many types of restaurants, worthwhile if you are visiting from a less populated areas, buy a car, and any other activities not listed here.

Lots to see and do.
Lots to see and do. The zoo was a great place, but there were a lot of animals missing. There was a Japanese garden that was simply amazing! Lots of shopping and tons of food choices! If you're into cigars there are a number of good lounges to visit. Too many one-way streets for my liking. But using a navigation app really makes it pretty easy to get around.

Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares...
Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares not for the Hotel business and let’s them operate, when they should be shuttered. There are some newer areas, like where the Air BNB I stayed, that are very nice and close to the Collage stadium. That is why if you are staying in Fresno, for any reason, Serenity is your best bet for a nice stay.
First of all, there was no breakfast. I liked NOTHING about that hotel. I'm 74 years old and have never stayed in a hotel and bad as this one. If I had it to do over I"d sleep in my car. For a hundred dollars a night, and three of my friends also had separate rooms, and talked about how bad the rooms were. One thing about it I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. The Motel 6 was across the street and should of stayed there.
The room was sooo comfortable and tidy. The staff were amazing. We arrived late for check in due to a delayed flight and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking. The shower is the best in the USA I’ve been travelling for the month throughout California all the way to New York and the shower here has been the best so far! Nothing I’ve experienced in the United States compares.
We used this hotel twice as a stop off when travelling to and from Yosemite National Park. Good location, secure gated parking. Our room on this occasion was downstairs with two beds, clean and comfortable. Coffee facilities and refrigerator in the room was great. Free breakfast was basic but great bonus and got us on the road for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
They seem to be cutting costs on cleaning services by having us request specifically when we want room service if it's not been the 3rd night yet. Which personally I'm fine with. I usually don't like leaving my stuff in the hotel with the risk things of high value might get taken, so having room service only when I'm ready for it was perfect.
The staff was exceptional. Except for the manager. I was interested in staying long-term. Inquired with the manager. He could care less . Never received word about extending my stay. I was going to book a third week until the price of the room went up $100.00. The breakfast was outstanding. The best feature of the hotel.
We travelled through several States of America and booked similar type of room on booking.com with reviewer score 8 or higher and this apartment was the best. We likef everything: bed, spaciuos room, bathroom, breakfast, garden. You have enough space to put your things. They have nice room to stay during your travelling by car.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were up to date in a surprising way. . The staff was phenomenal especially Maria who worked the front desk at Night. She went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure my stay and needs were done in the best way possible. She deserves a raise!!!!
Staff members are very friendly. The hotel property is very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices (yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, microwaveable burritos), hot tea, hot coffee. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator.
Good location, nice breakfast and descent room. Not a bad place for one or two nights stay. It has all the basic facilities that we expect from Best Western hotel chain. Very close to nice restaurants and located on a popular street.
Nothing Hotel in the process of bankruptcy, as such the bank was taking it over. The first floor was closed, but that did not stop homeless from utizing rooms. As for us we barricade our door so we could sleep.
The best rooms we have stayed in on our road trip. Very clean, everything new and good quality. Great breakfast and pool. Complete little flat with everything you need to cook etc. Will definitely stay again.
it was right off the highway and close to the childrens hospital. this was my first trip alone in a hotel and a guy made me feel uncomfortable and the front desk lady moved me rooms and floors.
The price was fair for a summer room in Fresno, which is evidently a hot spot based on the prices other hotels were getting. Room was clean enough and the facilities were okay.
We always stay at this hotel when we go to Fresno. The staff is always Friendly and Pleasant. The rooms are always immaculate and spacious. This is a great place to stay.
I stayed here two nights for a conference in Downtown Fresno and it was easy and safe to walk around. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the pool and had a swim.
The free shuttle to the Fresno Airport, comfortable bed, excellent cable and the best chicken soup ever from the restaurant. Also the staff was amazing.
