I stayed on the 3rd floor by choice In a King Suite. Quiet location and quiet inside the hotel. I give this facility high marks for cleanliness and comfortable bed and soft linens. I would stay here again instead of a hotel in San Marcos or Austin. The breakfast the morning I was there was not as good as some others I have had in similar hotels, but was ok.
The staff did a great job, you know they are around doing their jobs, but were not obtrusive.

No breakfast. Out of coffee, little bar of soap last 2min in shower. Parking sucks you have to walk up a hill. Why is there a security gaurd and I have to card myself into hotel. Shady much? AC groaned like it was an old man getting out of bed, place smelled like a tent city in Haiti. Do you get a kick back from Javi across highway because service was horrible and food tasted like my mother in law made it. Horrible. Will definitely tell friends and family to stay away. Only bright side was Herc at desk. Make that dude manager he can do a much better job. Maybe I'll vist when you guys become a quality inn.
