    Location was easy.

Location was easy. Spent 4.5 hours booking hotel and paying more than other hotel was and red roofs was extremely terrible conditions compared to cheaper hotel that was canceled prior, which was exceptionally frustrating! Also, 1 and only amenity requested, breakfast was not offered, wasn't even able to make a cup of coffee!

I wrote my review and sent you pictures of my room and the fluid on the chair. And you intentionally left that out of my review. You are deceiving your clients and basically putting them in danger. I wonder did someone report that same room to you before and you choose not to let people know how unsafe that nasty place is

For a city of this size the entertainment was very disappointing. There are one or two bars in the downtown area but overall its not a nice place to walk around after dark. Not much of interest to do and see apart from the Civil Rights route and related buildings which are by far the highlights of the city. If you are interested in sport, the wonderful Rickwood Field baseball stadium (the oldest standing ballpark in U.S.) is a real gem, just a few miles out of town.

I'm biased because I lived here for college, but there are local attractions live Vulcan the Iron Man are worth visiting over a few days. Five Points South is probably the hub of nightlife. UAB football isn't as big as Alabama or Auburn, but it's the south and well college football.

We loved our room, the kickback and breakfast was wonderful and it is located Close to restaurants and store. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with a small dog. I loved that you were able to go out side doors and our key opened the door. The price of 50.00 each night was a little steep but our dog loved it.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The property is also very beautiful and historic. Great location to all that downtown Birmingham has to offer. Good food and cute shops. We were in town for a NYE concert, so this was just a few short blocks walk away from the Alabama Theater. It was also very quiet. Not sure if it was the side our room was on, but for New Years Eve we expected to hear a lot of outside noise. But to be fair, downtown in general was dead and you could eerily hear a pin drop.

Excellent breakfast! Best hotel breakfast we've had in 6 states! Molly was fantastic!!! You are lucky to have her representing your hotel! The breakfast cook was wonderful, generous and so kind to us. Your hotel is clean, even though you are undergoing renovations. The beds and linens were luxurious and made us feel so welcome and pampered. Everywhere in this hotel smelled fresh and clean . This property is well- maintained inside and out.

The kick-off dinner was much better than expected. While the rates were higher than I usually pay elsewhere I think the amenities and meals (Breakfast & Kick-Off) made the price tolerable. I think if rates were overall 10-15% less it would be more appropriate and arguably a better value for what is offered versus other hotel brands. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful from check-in to

Your front desk staff of 2 women were so rude upon my arrival. They could not find my reservation, although I had a confirmation on my phone that I shared with them. They were unfriendly and not helpful. I almost left and went to another hotel.....and there were only 7 cars in the parking lot so it was not that they were busy!
