The beds are extremely hard for my liking. Had to get up, make and sleep on the sofa bed. The pillows are awful as well. Luckily I bring my own . The barn door for the bathroom was a horrible idea. It doesn't fit flush and leaves an undesirable gap so not much privacy.

Bend has way too many people which leads to overcrowded roads, wait time for prettymuch everything, and if you want to just get away from people good luck. For some reason everyone wants to be here. Everything is high priced so remember if you don't have alot of money it's going to cost you enjoying anything here. Is it pretty? Yes, but way overcrowded. If your rich, you'll absolutely love it here.

Great town, very active, it would be really nice to paddle board there, go hiking and I went to the best fly fishing shop I've ever seen at Old Mill (https://www.oldmilldistrict.com/shops/confluence-fly-shop/). Had a couple of beers at Confluence fly shop. Pizza at Pinky G's (https://pinkygs.com/) was fantastic.

We were there on the first Friday of the month and the downtown area was "alive." Galleries and shops were open late. Lot of places to eat. We ate at the Pine Tavern, and it was very good. Lot happening in the surrounding areas for outdoor adventure.

The whole city was clean and organised.
The whole city was clean and organised.
Very few old vacant plots throughout making it a city of quality.
The "old town' with its shops and good quality food outlets, history information , river frontage and walks were an unexpected series of highlights for our restful day.

I loved how friendly the drivers are, all the food truck pods, and fun outdoor spaces. So many gorgeous trails to explore and the shopping at the Mill District. So fun to see an operational Blockbuster store and a Barnes and Noble store.
Beautiful river front and public parks.

So much to do in and around Bend.
So much to do in and around Bend. If you are nature lover, you can easily spend 3-4 days here or even more.
The area is rapidly expanding... expect traffic and impatient / borderline rude drivers!
We liked and enjoyed areas around Bend more than Bend itself.
I loved everything about the property except that we couldn’t access the river walk down below very easily, which was not a big deal. Also, front desk person, Ginny, was exceedingly helpful and kind. I also appreciate the fact that this property is not a huge hotel chain and therefore has maintained its unique charm, its unique location. There’s so much new construction going on all over Bend that I hope this property doesn’t get eaten up all in the name of progress. It’s still a gem in an ever-evolving town.
The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with only 12 rooms, giving it an exclusive feel. The room was very good with a spacious living area and separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and balcony overlooking the Deschutes river. Room had A/C which made it comfortable as Bend can get very hot.
Rooms are on 2 floors with an elevator available. Seems to be pet-friendly, although we did not have one there.
Location is good, close to a nice brewpub and within about 5 minutes drive to the interesting part of Bend.
-Room size is definitely larger than average for a double queen. Very Nice.
-Nice large lobby area that always open with coffee available. This was the best area to reliably use wifi.
-Swimming pool was decent - easy to access and not too busy both days we were there.
-Great shower - hooray.
-Good hot breakfast, though fairly general for hotels.
-Comfortable beds, reliable air-conditioning and airflow in the room
-We like rooms that have sinks outside of the bathroom like this one!
This may have been the nicest hotel stay I have ever experienced. Our room was large and exceptionally well-appointed. The balcony looked over the Deschutes River -- green, cool, and inviting. I needed to teach a class by Zoom during my stay; the hotel gave me access to a business conference room for free to teach the class. I now cannot imaging staying anyplace else in Bend. On top of all this, the hotel was a great value.
I like that they are pet friendly (even though its only certain rooms and its $200 fines for damage, complaints, not being in a dog room or not saying we have a dog) and I like that its located near town so lots of things were in walking distance (however, lots of other hotels in this area to choose from aside from this one).
It was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the cute downtown Bend area and the river., just 5 min away. Non smoking rooms are in their own building and with locked entrance to the building, it feels safer than the standard motel rooms in front.
Five stars. Three generations descended into Bend to celebrate a wedding. We were glad to stay in this beautiful house. We soaked in the tub, cooked simple meals, and spent more time with each other than we would have had we been in hotel rooms.
Great spacious room comfortable bed .Big TV. Clean and well equipped. coffeemachine.
Lobby lovely with free coffee and tea. friendly staff. Swimming pool a bonus with plenty towels.
Definitely recommend this hotel in bend
excellent breakfast, very new and attractive facility, good microwavable meals. very quiet room, comfortable bed, pets being allowed very attractive without hassles, space around hotel convenient for exercising pets
Breakfast is a bit more generous than in many similar hotels, The location is great. The shopping area is just across the small bridge over the lake. The night view is beautiful. Welcome fruit is provided.
The staff provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a hotel in bend. They more than met my expectations!
the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. location was also great as well. we will stay there again if and when we come back to Bend.
Staff were friendly. Beer on tap at the desk was great. Fireplace and firepits were nice. It was a good value for what other hotels in Bend were charging when we booked.
