The room as well as the breakfast room has a terrible smell, and there are small insect-like ants coming out from behind the side drawer in the reoom. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately

honestly, i liked nothing about this place. it was far too expensive for the quality. i guess i liked how the other guests also hated the hotel as much as i did. i liked that after about an hour i finally got a refund and got to leave.
