The staff are very kind, bed was amazing, the spa area was to die for. Dinner included was hot pot ( very yummy!) And breakfast to choose from Chinese ( best one) to Western style. The room was everything we dreamed of , had a spa bath with hot spring water overlooking the mountains and river.

Great hotel in a lively position, the river passing just by the side, the main road with restaurants and shops on the corner. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and amazing hot springs spa. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan in the future.

Everything was great, complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff, whilst their english wasn't the greatest, they were exceptionally helpful and endearing. They were very understanding and helpful.
