Super clean and comfy with a great view of the river. It was cold and rainy the first day so we appreciated the heating. On the second day it was very hot so we appreciated the air conditioning! We could also store our bikes easily in the foyer.

Staff were super friendly. We arrived at the train station thinking that we could walk to the hotel but it was raining quite heavily and we had to call the hotel for pick up. The reception immediately sent a vehicle to pick us up (with clear instructions on where to wait). The uncle who drove us also sent and picked us to and fro the waterfall. When we were about to be late for our breakfast, the staff assured us that there would still be food for us. The resort was quiet and had some interesting installations and photo spots. Our stay had a sky lantern included, which we could take our time to write our wishes in the evening when we return in the evening and fly it in the night, instead of doing it at the railway track with everyone else. Big thanks to the great service!

The unit is magnificent. The views are fantastic. The front desk staff, the Concierge and the breakfast room ladies make you very welcome. The freshly fried eggs every morning were very appreciated. We've eight accommodations over three weeks and so far done seven on our driving trip up the East Coast from Kaohsiung and returning down the West Coast.

It's a lovely place with a big garden, chicken, geese and dogs. Great for the kids to play outdoors! You can visit nice places around for sightseeing (Shifen) or hiking (Sandiaoling). This property had the most beautiful location. The rooms had a private hot spring. The staff treated you like visiting royalty. Perfect for the lantern festival. What a gem. There was even an art gallery And my friend said the walking trail was nice.
