The staff of seven gardens is really very special, very kind & helpful, the ladies in the reception answered all inquiries in a very kind and professional way, and if you need any information about the city they will recommend in a kind way and give you enough time, simply all the staff let you feel like home. The location was very good for my business since it was 10 minutes driving from the hotel also like 20 minutes to the Airport. The lobby was very beautiful with some free drinks 24 hours, in addition to free daily coffee & fruits delivered daily to the room. Seven gardens hotel is superior in all aspects.

Accommodation was clean all the facilities from the gym to pool and sauna excellent. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and despite the hotel being really busy during our stay there was always someone on hand to assist during breakfast. This extended to general queries with reception .

The Capital of Old and New

The Saudi Arabian capital, sprawling Riyadh is a mix of historic monuments and ultra-modern skyscrapers. On a plateau surrounded by desert, it is one of the Middle East’s richest cities, so there are several 5-star hotels in Riyadh.

This wealth is also evident in modern architecture, particularly the Kingdom Centre, a perfectly sculpted building looking strangely like a bottle opener. Lit at night, it has an observation deck offering fantastic city views.

On its bottom floor is a shopping mall, and there is another within Al Faisaliyah, the country’s 1st skyscraper. Riyadh is a shopping paradise and yet more malls are on wide, palm-lined King Fahd Road. This king also gave his name to King Fahd Stadium, home of the Saudi football team.

Unusually for a capital, King Khalid International Airport is right in the city centre and there are lots of Riyadh hotels near the airport on Booking.com. South, in Al Murabba, is the King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, site of the Saudi Arabia National Museum. Further south in Dirah is 19th-century Al-Masmak fort with souks and mosques nearby.

Wherever you stay, remember that Saudi Arabia is a deeply Islamic country and that local customs should be respected. Men and women may not be able to access attractions at the same time.

    The city is amazing, and modern.

    The city is amazing, and modern. I thought that there would be more traffic, but my rides were smooth. I went in the summer it was kinda hot in the noon and the afternoon, but the weather at night hit in the right spot. There are services everywhere, and people there are open-minded. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMNEND.

    Amazing arabic culture heritages in a middle of dessert with modern infra in city of Riyadh. Local people are friendly and barely speak English. You can find all shops and restaurants in town. Clearly the KSA is openning up and reforming quickly.

    What to do in the concrete jungle in the heat other than visit malls and restaurants. there is Diriyah which is nice Bujairi terrace but you have a minimum entrance fee of SAR50/person just to enter - can be redeemed in any restaurants. In winter it would be better as more options to at least sit outside!

    Amazing architecture. The buildings look like piece of art. The beauty of this city is magical. Too many choices for good restaurants, shops and other amazing places to visit. People are very friendly and helpful. Tickets for Al Nassr football match are affordable.

    Spent 4 days in Riyadh, nice place, easy to get around with good metro and busses. Edge of the world tour with camel ride is great, only thing that lets it down is the meeting place. No option but taxi and then the driver had no idea where it was and had to use satnav National museum is very easy to find and worth a look Kingdom tower is expensive for what it is but you get a good view

    Ryadh is an amazing city. Good food and good places to go.

    Ryadh is an amazing city. Good food and good places to go. One problem is for non-muslim people who want to have fun at night. There is no bars and alcoholic drinks, and the parties are very limited. But for business it is incredible. I recomend to visit the Boulevard World, Oleya Street and the football stadiums, where you can see a lot of famous players.

    Alma hotel is brand new and gives you the incredible Aesthetic of a hotel in Spain or London. The rooms are extremely spacious and the lobby are is great to lounge, work or take a meeting as it’s open plan and extremely hight ceilings really has an open and warm atmosphere. Anyone travelling to Riyadh looking for a great modern hotel I highly recommend staying at Alma, I have been coming to Riyadh for 4+ years and it is the best hotel Iv stayed in if we are talking about value for money, modern and location.

    Comfortable, but the stand out was definitely the people! From check-in, to room service and the amazing gentleman Mohamed who assisted me at breakfast (that was provided complimentary!), the property has some amazing staff! They knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure their guests were provided a comfortable stay. I have stayed in a few hotels in Riyadh, but this has been the best experience.
