My recent stay at the Landings for a friend’s wedding was truly a delight, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shelda at reception, who was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fitness classes offered by Nikita and Terry were top-notch. Their expertise and enthusiasm made every session enjoyable and invigorating. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to stay active during your stay, I highly recommend joining their classes. I really enjoyed the yoga classes too! Noe and Nigel, the hotel bellmen, were always on hand to assist with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel and the local area. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. Transportation was a breeze with the excellent service from Gaitan and Tyren Charles in the taxi service. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our travels around the city were convenient, safe and stress-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience each morning. Overall, the exceptional customer service from the entire team made our stay at the Landings unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Location was good. While the resort is a little dated it preserves some of it's original charm. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were all lovely and very efficient. Having the capacity to easily get to the resort provided opportunities to access a great spot on the beach

Breakfast options were really good. Rooms were spacious.

Location was excellent, pool was beautiful and secluded. The restaurant was also excellent. The room while a very good size was showing signs of age, but still fine.

Such a little gem. Friendly and professional staff who were always happy to help and made us feel at home. Staff were also knowledgeable about the resort and the area.

The staff here were really approachable and helpful. Nyeem in particular was really cool. Facilities were top notch and also very close to the beach so that was nice.

The breakfast was very good. Good variety, healthy choices. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly especially, Marla and Oneika. The shuttle service between the properties was a bonus.

The staff was great!

The host is excellent, he made all was in great order for us.
