I had booked a room good for 3 (wife, 7yo son and me) and we got 3 huge single beds. This was the biggest room we got on our 2 weeks vacation in Japan and even for the lowest price. The response of the staff online was superb. This was unfortunately a one night stay only, for our last night before we went back to the Philippines. Next time we will definitely stay again and for a longer period. Parking is free as well, highly recommended!

Very good breakfast with a variety of selections. Large and comfortable room and spacious bathroom. The staff was polite and very helpful during check-in, and check-out, and there is a free shuttle bus going to the airport.

Everything a traveller wants and needs when staying at an airport hotel. Super convenient for the terminal, 2 konbini, excellent blackout curtains, super comfy beds, usb sockets, will definitely do again if I have a morning flight from KIX

So clean. So new. A wonderful smell as soon as you step into the hotel. Fresh scents. A hint of wood and pine, very mild and subtle. Everything merticulous. AC is very very quiet. Room have plenty of space. I think they could easily charge twice as much. It's that good.

Perfect ! As a tattooed person, I went to the public baths after 11 o'clock in the evening so as not to disturb the customers, and it was really great! The gym is really good too.

Weird front desk decoration. Glad that I saw the reviews about the dinosaurs at the front desk or else I would be having surprises. The front office is self serve with automated machines. But the price is good . Breakfast hall got nice Seaview. But choices not many. Very simple. But sufficient. They give hotel guests discount on the nearby parking lot. Make sure you get it done on the lobby machine.
