An exceptional family gathering took place at an extraordinary location. The natural surroundings were fantastic. Despite some rain, the weather was great in February. The staff were friendly and responded kindly to any requests. The restaurant served delicious food; we particularly enjoyed the traditional and tasty breakfast. The view was magnificent, with greenery and flowers all around, making it an excellent spot for family photos.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ahmad Alkhateeb. He made us feel comfortable and was always ready to help. The hotel is also new or recently refurbished, but the maintenance team and the Housekeeping team do an excellent job.
