One of the best places I've ever stayed in! Fantastic location. Comfortable, nice rooms/houses. Owners/hosts extremely nice and hospitable. A very good breakfast - the homemade skyr was worth the whole trip to Iceland, unbelievably delicious!

A beautiful quiet place in the middle of stunning Icelandic nature. Perfect for relaxing a little or just a nice stop for the night when doing the ring road. Became friends with the sheep when staying there all by myself for a day. And the owner is one of the friendliest nicest people here I met so far. He really wants you to feel comfortable and have the best possible start of the day.

The family-owned Stafafell Cottages is located on a sheep farm in the countryside, 30 km from Höfn village. Each cottage has well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower.

Quiet, not too far from main road. Good place for watching Northern Light and star glazing. Kitchen quite well equipped and good for cooking simple cooking. Sufficient space for 4 person. Many heating panels in the house, so its not cold at night.

breakfast was excellent! I think it is a family business and it is really comfy. Also, I liked the style and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it!

We love the cleanliness of the property. Shoes to be taken off before entering the living space. Toilets are shared but kept very clean. Kitchen are fully equipped for us to prepare our meals.

Anna met us to handover the key even though it was quite late in the evening. She was willing to help with anything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage is spacious and very thoughtfully built in a fantastic location. Kitchen is well stocked and there's a BBQ grill in the front deck! There's amazing views of the mountains and glaciers and there're horses in the field nearby.
