I liked the delicious breakfasts, the free smiles from the staff, the garden and pool areas, the massages and the personal treatment we received at this is small hotel. We had a room booking mishap. Sri Ratih management went an extra mile to compensate us as best they could. This was greatly appreciated.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, the massages in the Spa area were great. Location was great, plenty of restaurants etc, very close by. My room was huge and clean, the bathroom was nice as well.
