The hotel is a filthy infection bomb.
It's nothing you can appreciate there.
1. They tried to bill us before arrival even if it's mentioned that you have nothing to pay in advance.
2. The room (double) was under the roof, no air, hot, full of old furniture in bad condition.
3. The fridge was out of order (water inside and on the floor)
4. Found one hair on the sink in the bathroom, the sink faucet was rusty
5. Old towels in bad condition
6. Lights worked partially
7. Problems to close the door
8. The receptionists didn't say hello
The biggest issue is the filth. The rooms are stinking. I've never imagined that this still exists in a European country.
Booked 3 days, stayed 2, all hotels were booked because of the Eger wine fair but I wanted to get out after 2 minutes. It was a torture to stay there.

Property is a few kms out of the main square so I think you would need a car to get there. Room was large with a small kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Free parking very close to the room. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Enjoyed the thermal baths and the valley of beautiful women, but the castle museum was a bit of a letdown. Definitely wouldn't spend more than one night here, but could even just pass through it for a short visit on the way to somewhere else.

We made the mistake of coming during the winter, we really wanted to enjoy nature in the mountains and to visit the national park. Due to weather conditions we couldn't do much and the national park was closed. The steam train nearby was also closed. It's a cute village to visit, i bet it is more beautiful during spring/summer/autumn.
The location is super central.
The fact that parking is available is a great advantage.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the young man who welcomed us and was there also the next day. :)
The apartment has a great garden at the back from where you could watch the roofs of Eger. It is at the roof level. It would be great advantage if it would be cleaned and the guests could sit there.
The place is very well located, right in the center of Eger and the owner/manager helped us with the private parking nearby, for a small fee. Also, the city tax we had to pay in the local currency. As we travelled with our teenage kids, it was a bit tight (just a studio), but it was OK for just one night. We asked for a hair dryer and some more towels, and the manager did his best to provide.
Perfectly located, the property is right in in the very centre of Eger with most of the things that you may want to visit at a short, walking distance. The room was very well maintained, spotlessly clean and furnished in good taste. Parking in the city center may be a problem and it's rather pricy. Fortunately Mescet offers a limited number of parking slots at a reasonable charge.
A small, lovely pension with a really nice atmosphere. The landlady is friendly and open hearted. A private parking is available behind the gate, so we didn't have to worry where to leave our car. The rooms had some paper guides that gave us additional interesting places to visit in Eger. As a nice accent, there was a welcoming serving of local palinka.
Excellent location just in the heart of downtown Eger, walking distance to all historic sites and tourist spots. Clean, quiet and well equipped accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff (owners), gorgeous breakfast, nearby free parking lot. Highly recommended for both business and private travels!
Our stay was very comfortable, Villa is near the centre. Room is very spacious, staff was very friendly. We sure that we will return back in future in summer time. There is nice aquapark and atmosphere of city with very good restaurants. I fully recommend to visit this beautiful city Eger.
I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy.
The accomodation, the staff, location and breakfast. All perfect! We will definitely will stay here again next trip to Eger. The kindness of the staff is fantastic. A very warm welcome. Thank you very much for the great stay.
I had an excellent stay here. The place is located near downtown, and the room and garden outside are beautiful. The host is also very friendly and kind. I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in Eger.
Top location for a long weekend in Eger, everything is in short walking distance. It provides everything you might need during your stay, the bed is comfy. Breakfast is at close by hotel.
Excellent localisation in the center of Eger - 2 mins walk to main square, few minutes to thermal pools. No problems with finding a free parking spot on neighbour street.
Easy to get to, near the centre of Eger. Exceptionally clean and organized place. Anita was a fantastic hostess. What a great eye for detail and interior design she has!
Beautiful views over Eger and the castle in winter. Very comfy bed and clean facilities, cake and snacks provided in the room! Free parking below the hotel as well.
