For me, it was the perfect location. From the balcony was a stunning view and in the night was very quiet.
The room was very clean, and it had a refrigerator and a coffee filter.
I would like to come back here.

Senj is a small town on the coast. It isn't as crowded as other towns nearby. If you just focus on the beaches and the town itself you might get bored quickly. The mountains however in the area are beautiful and offer great views or hiking possibilities. Coming down from Alan to Jablanac for example offers the most beautiful views I ever experienced.
Restaurants offer mostly all kinda the same food. Bora 45 Hotel has good food, try the restaurants near the water in Lukovo south of Senj ( great road getting there), and the fish restaurant in Klenovica north of Senj.
Coast road to Senj can be very busy in August. So a good alternative route is the highway from Zagreb to Split.
If you want good Slivovic avoid the factory made, ask for farmer-made Slivovic, If you are lucky they sell it. More inland villages often have.
If you depend on good wifi, book a place near the central post office. If you get further away the speed can drop to 4-6 Mbps.

The beach is amazing, the people are friendly, the weather is usually great (but also windy).
The restaurants are an amazing price quality, especially Uskok which we dinnered at.
This is a town to stay at for 2 or max 3 days. I wouldn't stay for the whole week, there won't be anything to enjoy outside of the small town, small charming (amazing) beach and the castle with view.

It was nice and calm, with plenty of good restaurants downtown.
Beaches were not too crowded, the seaside is good for kids - pretty warm and calm sea. Paddleboarders will also enjoy.
It is very easy to get around the town by foot or car.
You can get any basic stuff in local supermarket.
Our stay was 2nd week of July and it was warm as hell even for destination like Croatia.

Senj is a small village with lots of restaurants and great views. Water is clean and deep blue. You can easily fell love with the place because everything is so close. Mountine keeps rain away, the climate is mild. We had days like 20-25 degrees and a wind. It ment long walks without sun burning. There is also a historical castle from 16th century.

The town of Senj is a pleasant small town with a very rich history. The narrow streets of the old city center, the palaces, the cathedral, the city gates, and especially the Nehaj fortress and the newly renovated park around it, are certainly a lure for anyone who likes to get to know the old Mediterranean urban units or rest on the way along the beautiful Adriatic road that winds under the Velebit mountain range.
The apartment is right in the old town center and everything is reachable in just a couple of minutes.
Still the apartment was very quiet with the door closed.
There were many different beaches in Senj witch were all between a 10-15 min walk away.
The kitchen and bathroom were greatly equipped - there were even a washing machine, dish washer, panini maker ect.
The air conditioning was helpful during the heat and there was a nice balcony to sit outside.
The hosts were really lovely and helped us in a lot of ways.
Highly recommend this apartment with beautiful view on the sea, clean, cozy and with home warmth. The lady owner, Danijela was such a friendly and professional, both at the same time, everything we needed, she took care of and that is why her hospitality as a owner of apartments is surely one of the best we ever experienced.
Got to say that the house has large and safe parking.
Thank you, we surely will come visit Senj again. 🙂
Very large apartment, super clean, well equipped. Our host was excellent, we got refreshment upon arrival and took a great care of us. Location 100 metres from the beach, 100 metres to big supermarket and just 3-5 minutes walk to historical part of Senj - once you are here, you almost do not need a car. Definitely worth to visit, will be happy to come back. Well recommended to other travellers! Thank you!
The location, the silence around us, the apartment - well equipped, and clean, ideal for families. Please note that this is a small bay outside of Senj, right at the see, so you'll have to use your car to go to restaurants shopping. But this is the advantage of the location, nothing disturbs you if you want to chill and slow down a little bit.
The apartment was extremely well equipped. There is literally anything you might need: extra towels and linens, bathroom rugs, kitchen utensils, appliances, and even an emergency kit. There is also AC. The staff was very kind and helpful. Close to the beach (walking distance) and the little town of Senj.
Amazing apartment with lots of room, equipped for longer stays and with convenient parking. A lot of thought has been put into the interior and there's a beautiful view towards the castle. Very close to the restaurants and the promenade.
Definitely would recommend to anyone passing by Senj!
Very nice apartment in a good location, with a nice hill view on the sea. Large, clean, perfect for a group of 4 people. Free parking right in front. Good contact with the owners, who greet you to give you the keys and live upstairs. Will stay there again when next time in Senj.
Very nice and new apartman near to Senj central. Nice balcony with overview to the sea abd castell. Good equiped kitchen and nice bathroom with shower. A small marker is near to the apartmen. Quite place. Parking place into the court.
Good stay. This apartment offers all I needed for one week stay with family 2+2. Sandra - owner, very nice, and helpfull. If I will come back do Senj for a few day stay in the future i will pick Franko again.
I can recomend Franko.
Beautiful appartment. Feels like coming home in Senj after hikes in the Velebit Mountain area and a day to Goli Otok. The host is very friendly and the little courtyard is perfect to finish the day with a glass of wine.
The apartment was in an elevated position overlooking the town of Senj and the sea. The views from the balcony were amazing. The facilities in the apartment were excellent giving us everything we needed.
Well located on edge of Senj, 5 min walk to bars etc. Lovely room, comfy bed good shower brilliant chatty staff as we found throughout Croatia. Great breakfast spread, short walk to castle. Excellent.
Juraj is an extremely kind and friendly host (it's not only the surprise pancakes that make me write this!). The apartment has an amazing view on the sea. Senj is a gorgeous little town to visit.
We only stayed one night, but could see Villa Karamba could be a place to land if you are in Senj. Clean with a well-equipped kitchen and welcoming atmosphere and a one minute walk to the beach.
The Owner of the flat is such a nice and intend person.
She surprised us like every day with breakfast, fruits and other things. She even helped us with our laundry.
Senj is a beautiful city.
Clean and spacious apartment, great location - near Nehaj Fortress and just 10min walk to Senj old town. Host Ivo is very kind and helpful. Suggest this apartment if you are visiting Senj.
