Everything was nice - the room was very spacious and clean, the beds were confortable, the breakfast was great. The hotel manager was very nice too and gave us so much advice to visit the area. The location was perfect - right next to the main street with lots of restaurants and travel agencies.

Pretty garden, big cold pool (for me the temperature was great, very refreshing) and a smaller warm one. The stuff is nice, breakfast was delicious. The room was specious, big bathroom. We had a lovely balcony with the pool and lake view. Overall, I loved it!

wow. where to begin. this place is quite literally magical and feels like it’s pulled from a fairytale. the grounds and gardens are immaculately cared for and so unique. we loved the story behind the hotel - how it had been built with love and intention by a family. just such a special place that everyone should try. so relaxing and quiet. staff are exceptionally patient and friendly.

    A Paradise on earth! I spent two wonderful nights at El Jardin secreto, but I wish I could spend a month here! The garden is absolutely breathtaking and has a great view on the lake. Clemente from the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful! You do have to know that the town itself is a good 15 min walk up the hill (faster with a Mototaxi) but there are a few restaurants and tiendas near the hotel.
