The chalet was an absolute delight. It was finished to exceptionally high standards and was warm and inviting. Nano and Thiery were excellent hosts -very welcoming and engaged. Breakfast fayre was all fresh local produce or made by the hosts themselves. The surrounding landscape was stunning and if you are seeking peace and quiet this is the place to be. The place is in a beautiful paradise in the mountains and the owners, Elaine and Jean Robert are really sweet and helpful. Even though they don't speak much English and our french was horrendous, we still managed to communicate somehow and Jean Robert 's advise for trekking were perfect, especially the trek to lac d anterne was amazing. We also feel in love with Tutu, the loveable Shepard dog we spent hours playing with.
