Excellent overnight stay at the start of the avenue verte. Took my bicycle into my room. Clean, with everything I needed. Modern and comfortable. Breakfast was just what I wanted and self service.

The hotel was well placed for a late ferry from the UK being close to the port. The parking was secure and well laid out and the staff were efficient and personable. The room itself was spotless and the bed comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot water plentiful. It was great to have a proper opening window as we like an airy cool room.

The room (and water!) was extremely warm, so had to sleep on the ground floor with windows open.
Majority of the staff were totally helpful and very friendly and nice.

Great location and suite. Reception needs to be more welcoming. Would be great if the staff recommended where to have a drink and eat or even upsell. Literally arrived got my key card and was sent to third floor. No literature in the room no offers no menus nothing. No information given on parking.

Ideal stay if travelling on the Newhaven ferry that arrives at 22:00. The reception did not an automatic machine, but a helpful member of staff. Comfortable room with an excellent shower.
