Very welcoming greeting on arrival. Staff attentive and helpful. Hotel located in a quiet village not far from main roads. Room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was new. We liked the area, and it was well situated for a break on our journey south. There are some interesting bars and shops in the town and we had a very nice afternoon walk after we arrived. The food in the restaurant was great, we had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful

Room was spacious, location beautiful and staff attentive but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer as it was so beautiful. Very romantic, not one for kids I would say. Very dog friendly too!
