Le Clos de la Prairie is an oasis of comfort and tranquility with spacious rooms overlooking pretty countryside views. It’s quiet and calm, perfect for relaxing after a day’s travelling. The food is excellent and breakfasts are generous and freshly prepared. ( No tired hotel buffets here! ) Sandrine is a lovely host and her husband Sebastian is a talented chef. We’ve stayed here several times and almost certainly will do so again.

The B&B is freshly renovated and richly decorated. The guest rooms are upstairs via a narrow staircase. As in old buildings the ceilings are partly low. Everything is modern in an old style. The bathroom with a jacuzzi is a luxury (although did nor try it). The bed is softish. Breakfast is served in the family living room, quite delicious French breakfast.
