We weren’t even in the hotel the whole day and my card has been swiped the first time we request a cleaner in the room. £60 down on my card and all they do is tell me it’s not possible it’s the cleaner when no one else has been in the room? yes my card has just wondered off and spent money on itself. just because your cleaners have been with you 8 years doesn’t mean “it’s not possible” DONT COME HEREMarceloUnited Kingdom

But it was comfortable and well managed, and on a vwery hot day the air con and blackout blind was very welcome The included breakfast was very good. The location was great - just off the main Rouen road, and a short walk to the regular trams into the centre of town

Anyway, they're really enjoy with local market where was close to this hotel and was between hotel and tram station (to the city centre). Moreover, this hotel has the parking area and no change :)

It was clean and comfortable with air conditioning . The reception staff were exceedingly nice. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Parking was easy .
